Lak Saviya Foundation Australia Inc (LSF) is a dynamic non-government and non-profit organisation committed to the upliftment of the needy. Being an incorporated body in New South Wales, Australia since 2002, the legal status and the accountability of LSF are governed by the Associations Incorporation Act 1984 of Australia. LSF is also a registered Non-Government Organisation in Sri Lanka. LSF also has the authority to raise funds for charitable purposes in New South Wales, Australia.

It works on the principles of “Share the Resources” and “Helping the Needy Help Themselves". The aim is to encourage the needy to improve their living standards in a sustainable manner.

LSF expects the recipients to build-up their livelihoods or improve their institutions by utilizing the funds they receive effectively.

Since its inception, LSF has undertaken a number of projects for the needy in the following key areas:
