LSF provides funding assistance to Mettha Foundation’s workshops in Maho and Maankulam, Sri Lanka, which produced 320 new limbs and 651 limb repairs in 2016. LSF funds the purchase of rubber compound and glue used to make prosthetic feet. An experienced doctor manages the work, undertaken by qualified technicians. Underprivileged patients are treated free of charge.
